Refund and Returns Policy

At Maverre Maison we want you to shop with confidence. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day return guarantee. You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and the original packaging has not been opened, with all tags still attached.

How to return. All returns must be started through our Request a Return page at maverre.com/pages/request-a-return. Submit your order details and the reason for your return, and our team will send you the return address and next steps.

Return fee. A return fee of 15% of the order value applies to returns.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as ordered, contact us within 14 days at info@maverre.com with your order number and a photo.

Exclusions. For hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if unopened and unused. Gift cards are non-refundable.
